Chapel House Nursing Home

Chapel House is in Puddington, surrounded by farmland. The home is a family business, with the proprietors involved in the day-to-day running. The building is a three-storey detached country house which has been extended and adapted. The home has two lounges each providing access to conservatories used as dining rooms and for social activities.

A passenger lift provides access to all floors, but six bedrooms can be accessed only by a short flight of steps on the first floor. There are enclosed and secure gardens. The home is registered to provide nursing care for 35 older people with dementia and provides day care services for up to three people.

Plessington Court

Plessington Court is a purpose-built home for 19 service users aged over 65 who have dementia. It is on the outskirts of Puddington and opened in August 2005. It is surrounded by countryside.

The home has 18 bedrooms on two floors, one of which is a shared room. The people who live in the home have access to a secure secluded garden area, accessed through the communal lounge.

Hartford Hey is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 28 older people. It is a family run private business.

Hartford Hey consists of two large Victorian semi-detached houses converted into one. Service user accommodation is on three floors, with access to all floors by a passenger lift or stairs. There are 22 single and three double bedrooms, 12 of which have en-suite facilities.

Hinderton Mount

Hinderton Mount has been operating as a care home since 1985. Weatherstones House Care Limited has owned and run it since 1998.

The home is a converted large house, providing 26 places for older people. The twenty-two single and two double bedrooms all have en-suite toilets and washbasins.
There are two lounges, one with a large conservatory extension and a separate dining room.

Hallwood Court

High Street, NESTON CH64 9TR – 0151 353 0460

Enhanced sheltered housing with 17 one-bedroom flats. Extra Care scheme. Built in 2004. According to the Care Quality Commission Report in October 2016, Hallwood has been taken over by Mears Ltd.
