October 16 is ‘Restart a Heart Day’ across the country. Zoe Weaver is taking part and offering a free one-hour session on CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator. Zoe is a qualified First Aid instructor and a Community First Responder with North West Ambulance Service. Anyone from the age of 12 is welcome to attend.
