David Hearn is a Wirral historian who has written books about First World War Memorials, and the Slave Trade in Liverpool. He will talk about Fort Perch Rock, Liscard Battery, anti-aircaft batteries, submarine miners, from 18200 to World War II.

Visitors are welcome. Complimentary coffee tea and biscuits will be served.
