Neston Town Council issues a weekly planning notice giving details of the latest Neston planning applications to be published by Cheshire West and Chester Council.

If you would like to raise any relevant points in relation to these applications, please contact one of your Neston Town Council Ward Councillors no later than the date listed in the weekly planning notice. Whilst consideration will be given to all points raised by Neston residents, the final decision regarding comments to be submitted will be taken by the Town Council.

Please note that all decisions to either approve or refuse planning applications are taken by Cheshire West and Chester Council. If you wish to lodge an objection to a planning application, please visit the CWaC website to make an online comment or call 0300 123 7027 for further advice.

LICENSING APPLICATIONS:

Neston Town Council issues a notice giving details of the latest applications made under the Licensing Act 2003/Gambling Act where these applications relate to the Neston Town Council area.

If you would like to raise any relevant points in relation to these applications, please contact one of your Neston Town Council Ward Councillors no later than 5pm on the date listed in the notice of licensing applications. Whilst consideration will be given to all points raised by Neston residents, the final decision regarding comments to be submitted will be taken by the Town Council.
